MGR ELECTRO created  EASY soldering machines for the soldering of electronic boards with lead-free technology. They are essential in the structure and are made of strong materials, technologically compatible with  the most recent EC Regulations. EASY  soldering machine is an affordable and versatile tool, easy to use  for medium and large productions. One of its newest characteristics is the  entirely titanium melting pot, able to guarantee a constant and regular tin flux  for a high soldering quality. All removable components can be easily  treated and cleaned.

METALLIC STRUCTURE

The frame is in steel  (coated painted of fire) and it contains in the insight section all the elements.  A moving cover allows easy inspections and maintenance even during the production process.  Both fixed and sliding glasses are heat-treated and the clutch of the extractor fan is behind  the soldering unit.

TROLLEYS’ CONVEYOR

This conveyor with two rails at a fixed distance allows a regular running of the trays placed on chains. The conveyor identification varies form 0° up to 5°,  oriented on a graduated scale.  The transportation is regular, constant and precise thanks to a motor with an  electronic check. A digital display ensures speed  regulation from 0 to 250 cm/minute.

FLUXING SYSTEM

Fluxing is obtained thanks to the action of porose stones 10 micron for foaming and the use of an air blade. The pre-heating unit is made of a heating plate 1000X400 mm power resistant up to 6KW. A digital display shows temperature control via a  sensor termocuple FE-COST).
The titanium soldering unit consists of the melting pot, the resistances, the pumps and the nozzles for the tin wave exit.  The soldering alloy temperature is shown by a FE-COST sensor and constantly checked by a  digital display regulator  on a power circuit (totally  10KW, 4 resistances 2.5KW).
Melting pot capacity Kg 295 tin alloy. The motors of the pumps are guaranteed by a safety valve constantly inserted that warns if the temperature of  the alloy fusion reaches 230°C.
The check unit includes adjustable instrumentation display and the removable control unit contains power and activation circuits.
