Easy 2

The soldering tin wave Easy 2 is created for companies that are active in the electronic industrial assembling field either using lead-free technology or not.
They are essential,  reliable and easy to use, with a great level of versatility. These machines are perfect for small and medium productions. The structure is made of pipes,tubes   with  protection panels. A cover glass guarantees easy inspection even during the production process . There are 2 intake areas for the smoke.

The machine is designed to use trolleys that run on a regulated conveyer (3, 4 and 5° regulation) with a speed starting from 0 to 250 cm/minute. The trolleys have 3 titanium finger bars which are easy both to take apart  and to assemble, according to the needs of the client. The fluxing functions are through porose stones  and spray flux.  In the pre-heating area there are two  infrared plates  (50 cm length). These plates are  independent from each other so that the machine can work with any type of fluxer.
The soldering unit is formed by the melting pot in titanium. This produces  a constant and regular tin flux which  guarantees  a very high soldering quality thus avoiding unnecessary refining operations.
