Solderwave

Solderwave

SOLDERWAVE is an indispensible tool for  electronic production  or for repairs in modern laboratories. Solderwave produces a tin wave that  covers particular areas of the printed circuit (thanks to dedicated nozzles),  and solder or unsolder electrical components.
SOLDERWAVE avoids expensive hand soldering processes “step by step” through a unique selective soldering on the component. It is easy to change and to regulate the nozzles,  thus obtaining  optimal soldering/unsoldering over all components laying on C.S. (regulation possible on: X,Y,Z  temperature of alloy’s fusion – wave’s high – timing of tin wave work).

We can supply our customers with any dimensions for the nozzles (indicating sizes A or B from picture n. 2).

To ensure that we offer our clients the best solution, we advise them to indicate with A and B wider measures (about 2 mm more) than the real length and width  of the external  perimeter  (pins of the component that requires the adjustment).
SOLDERWAVE is made of titanium.  It works with lead free alloys as per 2002/95/EC Legislation on dangerous substances  in electric manufactures (RoSH).

For any further information on SOLDERWAVE or if  you are interested in a direct demonstration on its functioning,  contact your Area Manager or contact us directly at  MGR ELECTRO Srl.
SOLDERWAVE conforms to the  EC Legislation.
